CHAPEL HILL TENNIS CLUB WINE TASTING AND DINNER

Saturday night our club hosted a Wine Tasting and Dinner.  It started off with tennis with one of our Pro’s Lauren.  Everyone then enjoyed some bubbly and five different tasting wines representing different regions of France. Guests then enjoyed a red and white wine with dinner.  Dinner was Chicken Basquaise and Boeuf Provencale followed by salad and herbed goat cheese prepared by Victoria Grulich (gourmetfriday@gmail.com).  Dessert was provided by Guylaine Argeles, Owner of La Maison Sucree, and was Pear almond tarts with chocolate sauce and Chocolate Meringue mousse cake.  It was all wondeful and everyone enjoyed themselves.  Chapel Hill Tennis Club members can access the pictures of the event by entering their password in the CHTC Wine Dinner Gallery on my web site.
